GINA DOMIZIO

Gina is the Director of Operations & Partner Relations at Signia. She oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and LP communications, and works closely with Signia’s CFO on all aspects of fund finance.  Gina brings over two decades of experience in legal, executive, and operational roles.

Before joining Signia, Gina served as Executive Assistant to Rodney Fong, a prominent civic and business leader in San Francisco. She previously spent ten years at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, beginning her career as a litigation paralegal in the New York office before relocating to help launch the firm’s Palo Alto office, where she managed both the Paralegal and Attorney Recruiting departments. She later worked in legal recruiting, specializing in top-tier law firm placements.

Gina earned her B.S. in Journalism from the University of Florida. Outside of work, she is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) with San Francisco CASA, supporting children in foster care. Her volunteerism reflects a longstanding commitment to giving back to her community.
